I ONLY ship to confirmed paypal addresses. If you DO NOT have a confirmed paypal address, you will need to purchase delivery confirmation, which is in addition to the stated shipping price. Please wait for a corrected invoice before paying.

I strive to ship twice a week - usually Tuesdays and Fridays. If I have time to make a PO run, I ship other days as well.

I make every possible attempt to accurately describe and illustrate all my products. Should you not be completely 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately.

Should a return be neccessary, ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned merchandise must be received by me within 7 business days in UNUSED, ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition. If you paid via Paypal, I will refund you the purchase price, less Paypal fees.

I WILL NOT accept returns on any custom orders, for any reason.

Although our house is non-smoking, there are 3 cats and 1 dog that live with us. If you have animal allergies, please advise me of this and I will make sure that they do not come into contact with your merchandise at any stage of production.

All fabrics are pre-washed and dried before sewing to prevent shrinkage. If your item becomes soiled, you may hand or machine wash delicate. Air dry, and if needed, touch up with a warm steam iron. Any item that needs special care [i.e. dry cleaning] will be identified as such.
