Shipping Information
LOCAL
Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days to your Paypal address via Singpost registered mail upon payment. Should you require Speedpost delivery please indicate in notes to seller. Additional charges will be billed via Paypal.
We DO NOT meet up with buyers to transact.
INTERNATIONAL
Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days to your Paypal address via registered airmail upon payment. Shipping will take 6-8 business days to reach destination transit centre and thereafter will depend on the speed of local postal service. Local customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. Tracking number will be sent to you after posting. Delivery status until destination transit centre can be checked using the url link below:-

Should you need the item urgently, please let me know and I will recalculate shipping using international speedpost which takes 1-5 business days depending on location and invoice you the difference.
Re-make orders will take 8-10 business days to ship. Jewelry and bookmarks will be either bubble packed or put in box and shipped in bubbled envelopes.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If you would like the parcel to be insured please make a note of that in the 'notes to seller' upon check out and we will adjust your shipping price to reflect insurance and/or confirmation.
Buyers are responsible for duty & custom charges incurred at the country of destination.
Returns Policy
All sales are final unless the item you received is defective. If this happens please contact us asap before leaving a feedback. We will try our best to resolve the issue. Item must be shipped back unused in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will be accepted within 5 days of reciept.
I'm not responsible for lost orders while en route. If item is scanned as delivered I do not provide refund. Once package is postal, we are not responsible for the item or items.
Other Policies
Jewelleries and bookmarks come in an organza/velvet pouch or gift box. Cards come with matching envelope and sealed in cellophane bag.
Fine silver is 99.9% pure silver. All my fine silver jewelleries are handmade, fired in kiln, filed to give a smooth finish and then brushed to give a matt finish or burnished to give a bright shine. Sometimes a piece is patinaed to give different shades of colours.
Wholesale and consignment enquires in USA and Singapore are welcome. One of a kind cards are also available, please enquire.
Photos are taken to the best of our abilities. Please note that colours and textures of items vary on different monitors.
As all items sold here are handmade, each individual piece is unique and therefore no 2 are identical.
