Welcome to Quartzelian Designs, a store that grew out of the love for creating masterpieces. After creating my first piece of jewelry and getting so many compliments on it, I decided to go and run wild with the ideas for other jewelry pieces I had in mind. After a while, I started to create more than just jewelry. I created a lot of scrapbook pages, some functional things for around the house, customized frames, etc etc. I love being a creative person. Anyways, I hope you decide to see what I have in stock and hopefully you`ll find something that you`re interested in!

Shipping Information
We ship worldwide using USPS Priority mail. All items listed are in stock and will ship within 5 days of your cleared payment, unless specified. Any import fees, duties, and taxes incurred as a result of an international purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns Policy
I generally do not provide refunds or exchanges, however, if there is an extenuating circumstance, I will consider it (i.e. the item arrived broken).
I provide accurate measurements of items and try to provide quality photos so that you will know exactly what you are buying and you will be satisfied with your purchase. I can adjust the size of some items. I will make a note of this possibility in the item description.
I also pack all my items with bubblewrap and make sure I pack it good so it doesn't move. If you would like insurance, please message me BEFORE purchase and let me know.
Other Policies
At the moment, I only accept payment through paypal. I do expect payment before shipping. Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of making the purchase. A shipped item CANNOT be cancelled.
