I ship withing 8-10 working days after your purchase for standard items. Blankets, afghans, clothing and any custom items are 2-3 weeks. I ship USPS First Class. If you require faster shipping, please email me for rates.

I will accept returns for up to seven days after purchase, except baby/adult hats, baby/adult clothing. Buyer must pay return shipping to me. I do not refund original shipping costs.

Please note: all of my items are made by hand, not machine, therefore, they may vary slightly. I use cotton/acrylic yarn made in USA, Canada or Turkey. Please do not wash baby items in the washing machine. I recommend hand wash, mild detergent, lie flat to dry, no iron. Babies and baby yarn is delacate, so please treat them delicately. If you see an item you like, but would like a different color or size, just let me know, I will be happy to accomodate for you. Please email me first before wanting to return an item.
