Shipping Information
All of my items are snugly packed in a bubble mailer and/or bubble wrap, and mailed standard first-class within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) after your payment is cleared.
All orders shipped to addresses within the USA (all 50 states) include FREE USPS delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation gives both you and I a convenient way to track and confirm the delivery of your package. I will send your tracking information if you have provided me an email address.
I cannot be responsible for lost packages delivered outside the US because they cannot be reliably tracked once they have left the states… even with Delivery Confirmation or Priority Mail.
If you want faster delivery, let me know your requirements and I will send you a separate invoice for the extra shipping.
If you are concerned about damaged mail, please request insurance. I can't be responsible for damaged mail that is not insured.
Returns Policy
I do not issue returns or refunds unless I have made a major misrepresentation in describing the item you receive. If you want more information about an item (weight, material, alternate view, photo of item in use, etc.), I'll be prompt to answer any of your questions with words or photos. :)

R E M A K I N G • I T E M S: If you like something that I have already sold, I can probably remake it for you… just ask! But even repeats are one of a kind; I try to make each piece different in a subtle way, so you are not wearing anything quite like anyone else.
P R I C I N G • P H I L O S O P H Y: In my shop, the more expensive the item, the more time and/or creativity it took to create. You won't find my pricier items *anywhere* else… and if you do, please tell me!
F L A W L E S S ?: Casting epoxy/resin will likely contain minor bubbles and/or surface imperfections. There is not much I can do about this except get really lucky. I will NEVER sell a piece that I feel has notable imperfections on its display face without stating so in the item description, and I won't hide flaws with tricky photography.
