Markets are collections of stores which have decided to group themselves together. Markets may be stores with similar products, stores from a particular region, stores that hold a common belief, or perhaps they are just friends. Markets are a wonderful way to find new stores and new products.

Gift wrapping and shipping is available. Please inquire about it either before or at time of purchase.

Your item will be packaged as follows: most items will be sealed in an appropriately sized jewelry bag (to keep the item safe from moisture), placed inside a ladybug patterned envelope, wrapped in either bubble wrap or wrapping foam, and sealed in an envelope with an invoice. Gift packaged items will be packaged the same way. An invoice will not be included with these orders and a gift note can be attached (notify me what the note should say before or when you complete your purchase).

Refunds or exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.

I provide accurate measurements of items and try to provide quality photos so that 1. you will know exactly what you are buying and 2. you will be satisfied with your purchase. I can adjust the length of some items (i.e. necklaces and some bracelets). I will make a note of this possibility in the item description.

I accept payment through paypal, check, and money order. An account is not required to purchase through paypal. I expect payment before shipping.

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of making the purchase.

* A shipped item CANNOT be cancelled. Keep in mind that I try to ship each order as quickly as possible, occasionally the same day.

Check Acceptance Policy:

Personal checks are accepted.

When writing a check, please ensure that your address is correct and write your phone number on the check.

The check must clear before the order is shipped. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for this process.

I am required to collect California sales tax. Tax is collected through Paypal on all orders shipped to California.
