My name is Anna and I am the owner of DrakeLexi Glassart. I also am the youngest (in experience)of the 3 artists that make up DrakeLexi.Our beadworker is the oldest with 35 yrs. then my talented husband comes in next with 20 yrs in glassblowing. I myself have only been fusing for 6 months.
We are a family owned and operated business and our studio is in Parker,Colorado. We have our own lathes, saws, grinder, sand blaster, and 2 kilns that we use to create our products with. No molds are used. We use many different types of glass to create. such as tack fuse, full fuse, stringers, frit, decal, dichro and dichro paper.I also am in the process of learning how to add precious metal to my glass.

Shipping Information
All our items here have the shipping included in the price. Insurance is done separate and is based on the dollar amount of your purchase.
$1.00 - $50.00 is $1.70.Anything higher please contact us for further options prior to ordering. Your order will be shipped immediately after purchasing through paypal has been received and if paying with a check as soon as the check clears the bank your order will ship.
We will ship USPS ground and you should expect your order within 1-3 days.
For our rings that are sized already the above policy will apply. If you order a ring that needs to be made to order you will have to wait 24hrs. to allow drying time for ring to set. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause , we just want to ensure our guest the product they deserve.

Returns Policy
At DrakeLexi GlassArt our guests are always first. We also take pride in our quality work. We choose to use excellent material from start to end of any finished product we offer. So, in saying both these things our policy is satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you will have ( 1 ) week after receiving it, in order to return your purchase for a full refund.
This does not apply to special orders. since you gave your approval upon paying the second amount that was due.

Other Policies
Important information about our rings
Please remember we take every precautions to make our rings as strong as they can be. We use Pyrex glass for the bands and fire polish them.Which is a procedure that removes stress form the glass and makes them stronger. However, they are still glass and we do not endorse this product to be used by children.
Should a guest decide to purchase them for a child and any injuries minor to fatal occur. Drake Lexi GlassArt will under any circumstances be held liable for these injuries.
