Markets are collections of stores which have decided to group themselves together. Markets may be stores with similar products, stores from a particular region, stores that hold a common belief, or perhaps they are just friends. Markets are a wonderful way to find new stores and new products.

I can also ship FedEx Ground or Express if you prefer. Please message me before purchasing with your shipping address and your preferred delivery time (Overnight, 2-day), and I will find the best rate for your timeframe.

Please keep in mind that if you have requested a custom order, it will take time to create. I will message you with an estimate of the time it will take to create when you make your request.

All delicate jewelry is securely and attractively packaged and shipped in a padded envelope.

Some of the materials that I work with have natural variations. I do not make these on an assembly line, so what you see in the photo is exactly the item you will be shipped. If you request a custom order (this style, but in this color, etc.), I will message pictures of the completed item for you to see before shipping.

In the unlikely event, I do not offer refunds for shipper errors (ie. getting lost in the mail). Please make sure that your address is correct before ordering. I will provide a tracking number, if applicable, and do anything in my power to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction. Again, if I can replace or recreate the item, I will do so.

2 YEAR JEWELRY GUARANTEE: If after wearing an item for awhile, a shell gets pulled off or knocked loose, or a clasp breaks, I will be happy to fix it free of charge for up to 2 years after the purchase date. You are responsible for shipping both ways. Please convo me to make sure I still have that particular material in stock.

PACKAGING: All of my items arrive to you neatly and professionally packaged in new materials. I apologize that I cannot use upcycled materials at this time, but in every case possible, I will choose a more sustainable and environmentally responsible packaging option. Every item is well padded, and in the case of more delicate materials, padded and shipped in a bubble mailer for extra protection.
