The fiber arts and jewelry I'm showcasing here are my most recent projects. I'm always striving to expand and improve, and will be adding more handcrafted jewelry in time. (See policy section for details) Shipping Information SHIPPPING: My policy is to ship within 24 hours after payment. If you would like your purchase to go to another address, please contact me immediately upon checkout. Postage for all jewelry items is FREE for US orders, (USPS First Class mail), and $3.00 for Canadian and International buyers. To keep costs down, I usually ship small jewelry items wrapped securely in bubble wrap and in a bubble envelope and send by USPS First Class mail. I'll happily upgrade to Priority mail at the buyer's request, and in this case, postage will be more. I'm happy to ship internationally. Quotes here are for USPS Priority Mail. Since I prefer not to quote too low, my International shipping quotes are estimates, and most likely on the high side. If the final cost is lower, I'll automatically refund the difference. If you have more specific questions or requests, (for faster or more economical shipping needs), by all means, please conctact me. Shipping rates for larger, non-jewelry items are approximate and for USA destinations, and are based on USPS Priority Mail. In all but rare cases, these items will be shipped in USPS cardboard boxes and wrapped securely. Larger jewelry items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap. Again, if you require a faster delivery rate, have special requests, require mailing upgrades, or are an international buyer needing more information, so please contact me before I ship your item. If you'd like to purchase jewelry AND a handbag or clothing item, postage will be FREE for jewelry items. Returns Policy REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: I use sterling silver, vermeil, gold filled, or carat gold for all earwire/hangers, metal spacers and beads, and all bead components are secured with wrapped wires in sterling silver or vermeil. For this reason, my jewelry items should last for a long time. I will replace any worn ear wires on jewelry as a result of every day wear, including the restringing of pearls, and will do so at no cost to the buyer. If, for any reason you aren't pleased with your purchase, please let me know within 7 days, and I'll work hard to correct the problem. Original items must be received by me within 14 days of contact to qualify for an exchange or refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued when item is received by me in its original, unused condition. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received. Many people don't like to purchase hats that have been on a human head. For this reason, my hats have not been modeled on humans or worn prior to sale. Therefore, once a hat is sold, I cannot accept returns. Lastly, because of the pristine vintage brooches and faceted beads used in some of the dressier handbags, these bags are meant to be "special occasion" bags, and are not intended for hard everyday use. And, because of the long eyelash yarns used in the winter crochet purses, (that would become entangled and worn away in zippers and closures), no magnetic snaps or zippers have been used in their construction. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase. Other Policies In order to best showcase my products, I've used computer enhancing tools to show as much detail as possible, while trying to retain color integrity. However, please note that there may be slight color differations between computer monitors.
