Shipping Information We ship via first class US mail with delivery confirmation, and do my best to ship within 1-3 business days of your order. If you need to get an item quickly, get in touch and we'll try to accommodate you with a quote for priority or express shipping (make sure to specify which). We take great care to pack items so that they'll arrive at your home in the same condition they left ours. We do try to recycle shipping materials when this will not compromise our ability to keep an item undamaged. We will include an invoice with your order. If you would like insurance on any item, let us know and we'll invoice you for the cost of insurance. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We apologize for the cost, but it does cost that much to be able to make sure items were delivered. If you're willing to take all responsibility in case your item does not arrive, we can forgo any kind of delivery registration and lower the cost of shipping to $7. Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the purchase price upon return of the item in its original condition. We do not refund shipping costs. We will not refund items lost or damaged during shipping unless you purchased insurance. Other Policies If after four business days we haven't received payment for an order that you've placed we'll cancel the order and re-list the item. We will try to contact you first via email, and we can extend the four days upon buyer request. We are required to collect MARYLAND STATE SALES TAX from buyers who are located in Maryland. PayPal should calculate this automatically. All items are hand-made with care in a smoke-free environment, although Heather has short-haired cats, Bev has cats, and Richard has a dog!
