Each card is one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced. I love bright colors, earth tones, and modern, minimalist design. The things I produce are sometimes whimsical, sometimes funny, sometimes elegant, sometimes earthy, but always high quality.
Shipping Information
Your item(s) will be shipped 1-3 business days after your order is received and your payment has cleared (usually same or next day). I will send you an email when your item has been shipped to let you know when you should expect it to arrive.
I normally use USPS First Class shipping unless otherwise requested. If your order is particularly fragile, I will ship it by insured mail at no additional cost. If you would like insurance added to a non-fragile order, please let me know.
All orders are shipped in padded, water-proof mailers, with extra inside protection/padding if needed. If you are ordering a photographic print, it will be shipped in a foam board sandwich to prevent bending during its journey to you.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item for whatever reason (it doesn't look exactly the same in person, not quite the right color, damaged during shipping, etc.) you may return it within 30 days. You may specify your choice of refund or exchange.
I do offer a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship. For example, if you have purchased a pair of earrings, and a year from now the wire breaks, you may send them back to me at your expense for free repair, and I will send them back to you at my expense. This policy does not apply to lost part replacement. Since many of my designs are one-of-a-kind, and I do not always have the same materials on hand at all times, I may not be able to replace one lost earring from a pair or replace a random broken bead. (But it's also possible I do still have the parts, so contact me to make sure! I may still be able to replace it, but I can't guarantee it.)
Other Policies
Environmental:
Please be aware that your shipment may include some or all recycled or reused shipping or packing materials as part of Dote's ongoing commitment to reducing waste and promoting "green" business practices. Although reused or recycled, these materials must pass a stringent reuse test and will always be clean and free of any product residue. (You won't get an old cereal box or anything like that.) I do not automatically include invoices or receipts in order to conserve paper, so please let me know if you need one. (You will automatically receive an email copy that you can print if needed for your records.)
Wholesale Information:
If you are the owner of a brick-and-mortar store who is interested in carrying any of my items, my typical wholesale rate is 50% off my full retail prices. You are eligible for the wholesale rate if you can provide evidence that you are a business owner/reseller of handmade goods. A minimum order of 10 items is required to receive wholesale prices. Regular shipping charges will apply. If you are planning to make a wholesale order, please contact me prior to check out so I can create a reserved listing for you containing the special discounted rate that you will use to check out.
