Cards s/h is $1.50 for first one, and $.50 each after that. (Unless otherwise stated.) I ship priority mail, expected delivery date is 2-5 business days, and I generally ship every day. I will ship within 2 days of cleared payment in most cases, and I will let you know if there are expected delays.
