Welcome to Birdy's Knits shop! We are a couple in TX that work out of our home to provide you with some wonderful items. Birdy is a knitter and designer, while James (her husband) is the designer/crafter of our dual use line of knitting notions. We are constantly coming up with new ideas so please come back and check us out often. Most of our items can be customized in color and some in size. So please ask if you would like something special.
Shipping Information
Shipping is via USPS First class mail. We offer combined shipping. If combined shipping gets over $5 we automatically upgrade to Priority mail.
Returns Policy
Please contact us for returns. We will accept as long as they are in the original condition with all packaging. Shipping fees are non refundable and it is the buyers responsability to cover return shipping as well. We will offer free repair service if an item has a defective part. Please contact us if you have any problems
