Each piece is made in Limited Edition or One of a Kind. I use a variety of gemstones, freshwater pearls, glass pearls, crystals, Oxidized sterling silver, sterling silver & 14kt gold fill finishes. I have tried to be as accurate as possible on the shipping prices. Shipping prices also includes the price for packaging. With International packages I take directly to the post office for shipping. I send packages daily, so if your item is instock, I will send it out the same day or the next. I will always contact you if I have any questions. Returns Policy I would be happy to return any item that you are not completely satisfied with. The item/s must be returned to bgbjewelry.com within 14 days of shipment date in its original unworn and resalable condition (this includes tags attached). You must contact us prior to shipping and we will provide a return authorization # (RA#) and our "return" address. Please pack the items carefully, write the RA# on the outside of the package, and we strongly suggest shipping the item/s insured and a tracking number. Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen merchandise. - Shipping and handling will not be refunded. - Custom Design orders cannot be returned or exchanged. - Packages not received within 14 days of shipment date or without obtaining RA # will be rejected and no refund given. - If you have any questions regarding a return or would like to return an item(s), please email us at beautifulgarden@cox.net. Other Policies ATTN: CALIFORNIA RESIDENCE- You are may be aware of California Proposition 65 which sets requirements on the use of lead in products including jewelry of certain types. This is directly from the state of California’s Toxic Substances Control website: “Glass and crystal decorative components used in adult jewelry are considered Class 1 materials. There are no lead limits for Class 1 materials used for adult jewelry. Therefore, the use of leaded crystal, including Swarovski crystal, may be used in adult jewelry.” PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH YOUR QUESTIONS. CHANGING AN ITEM: Please contact me before placing your order if you would like to shorten or lengthen an item, and if you would prefer sterling silver or 14kt gold filled finish; meaning you would like the clasp or toggle, or ear wires/hooks changed out. Also if you would prefer a different style clasp or ear wire/hooks. there may be an extra charge, $2.00-$10.00, on some items. Please contact me about the specific item/s you are interested in. I am happy to work with you. GIFT WRAPPING: If you are interested in gift wrapping, there is a charge of $1.50 per set. Our gift wrapping is a chocolate brown jewelry gift box with ribbon.
