Markets are collections of stores which have decided to group themselves together. Markets may be stores with similar products, stores from a particular region, stores that hold a common belief, or perhaps they are just friends. Markets are a wonderful way to find new stores and new products.

I place a high priority on customer service & getting packages out to my customers expeditiously. Items are shipped by the next business day after payment has been received (Monday - Friday with the exception of U.S. Postal holidays).

DOMESTIC purchases are shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Purchases over $100 ship FREE!

INTERNATIONAL purchases under $100 are shipped via First Class Mail International. Purchases over $100 are shipped Priority Mail International.

Discounted combined shipping is available for multiple item purchases that are shipped together. Please contact me for an adjusted invoice before remitting payment.

Upgraded shipping is also available at an extra charge if you prefer (ie, UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority, etc.). Please feel free to contact me for rates.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item/s & advise. Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned (post dated) within 7 days of receipt of the item/s, in their original condition & packaging (ie.,jewelry boxes, organza pouches), with any applicable 3Fine Design® hang tag (or earring card) still attached to the item/s. Refunds are given in the form of money back. Any original shipping & return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense.

All CUSTOM ORDER sales are final.

All purchases come packaged in a cotton lined gift box ready for your own personal use or gift giving.

SALES TAX: All items that are shipped to Minnesota addresses are assessed 7.775% sales tax on product & shipping combined according to MN state law.
