My favorite mediums are crystals and seed beads. Items made with these mediums take a lot of time and patience as you create each item bead by bead.

Shipping Information
International Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, shipping internationally is made complicated by the variety of prices imposed by both the Post Office as well as other shippers. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, if applicable. I charge $6 for Canada, $7 for Mexico, and $8 for everywhere else. This is high, BUT I do refund any excess in actual shipping and packaging costs when I return from the post office. The high initial charge allows me to offer international shipping without figuring out the rates for each country. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns Policy
You may exchange your item or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time. I accept returns if the quality is not what was expected or if the item is not as described. I stand by my product and am confident that you will be happy with your purchase. 1. I must receive an email letting me know there is a problem. 2. The item must be in original "as new" condition. 3. Shipping charges are not refundable. 4. Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured. 5. You MUST return your item packaged securely, hopefully in the box it arrived in! I will not accept back products that are totally bent, twisted, and ruined because of inadequate packaging. If you do not package your jewelry carefully, I will not accept it.
Other Policies
CUSTOM ORDERS: I am custom order and convo friendly. I would love to make a custom order for you. I make different types of beadwork. My beadwork can be seen in my shop or in my picasa album at http://picasaweb.google.com/GrandmaMarilyns . If you see something in my shop, but it is the wrong size, email me and I will see if I can resize it for you. There will be no extra charge for the resizing. If there is something in my shop that you like but would love it in another color, different width, etc., in my sold items, or in my album that you want, convo me. I am willing to recreate any of these items. If there is something you would like to have in beadwork that you don’t see, email me and we will talk. . Do you have a picture you would like on a cuff, wallhanging or other item, send it to me and I will see if I can incorporate it into one. I love a challenge. I will look at what you want and let you know if I can create it for you. Reasons for not being able to create your custom order would be if materials you want are not available, inability for me to get the picture to take in my beadwork program, or the technique is beyond my ability. If the item just needs resizing, it will take a couple of days. If I have to recreate the item, it may take a week or more to get it done. Beading takes up quite a bit of time depending on the type of beadwork desired. If I have to order the beads or findings because they are not already in my stash, this will add extra time to the time for finishing. I will let you know an estimated timeframe once we have come to terms with what you want and what I can do. Pricing of custom orders is determined by similar items already in my shop or what the sold item sold for. The prices will be comparable (if not the same price). If the items are from my album, or from a design you have come up with, I will have to figure out a cost for those items. Again, I will let you know the final figure before I start the project. If I have to purchase supplies, I will require a 25% to 50% non-refundable down payment up front depending on the type of supplies required. We will discuss this when we talk about your custom order. Payment is required within 3 days of listing in the Reserved Orders. If you do not comply with this requirement, the item will be listed for the general public. There are no limitations or restrictions on what you can ask me to create for you. The only restrictions would be the availability of the supplies, inability for the picture to work, and my beadwork ability. I am willing to try anything once. No minimum order is required.
