Shipping Information
Large boards, large/tall boards and some bulk orders will be shipped UPS. All other orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
In stock items will be shipped within 5 business days.
If you are requesting a custom order or ordering an item that is being recreated, additional time may be needed depending on the availability of materials requested. (Generally no longer than 2 weeks) If you need your custom order created immediately please contact me so I can make arrangements to accommodate you.
Urban Orchid Designs is not responsible for damage that occurs in shipping.
If you need your order to be shipped immediately please make a note during checkout so this may be arranged. If it can not be arranged, you will be notified before payment is accepted.
If you would like to send this as a direct gift, Please make note of this during checkout and provide the "giftee's" address.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item for a return or refund. Shipping however, is not refundable. Your money will be refunded to you through paypal once I have received the item and can confirm your reason for return.

** PLEASE NOTE** All boards will now have a small Urban Orchid sticker placed on the back side of each board. If you prefer to not have this, please note so during your order.
Placing a bulk order to re-sell my product in your personal craft booth or store can be arranged!
Baby Burpie cloths and fabrics are pre-washed. It is recommended that they be rewashed before use if you or baby may have allergies to any detergents.
