All eTutorials will be e-mailed to the e-mail address registered with Paypal within 24 hours of your payment clearing. If you would like it e-mailed to a different e-mail address, please leave us a note at checkout with your e-mail address.

As all finished jewelry are custom made for you when you order to ensure that you get a pristine piece, your purchase of finished jewelry will be shipped out within one week of your payment clearing.

Delivery will be to your address registered with Paypal unless you let us know otherwise. Please leave us a note at checkout with the delivery address.

All orders will be shipped via REGISTERED Surface Mail or Air Mail from Singapore. Sorry, no meet ups for Singapore purchases.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Singapore and 9 to 14 working days everywhere else.

Please note that a signature is required for delivery. Shipping for any unclaimed or return to sender shipments will be re-shipped at your cost. There will be no refunds on the purchase price or the shipping charges in this case. Liability for all lost shipments will be as stipulated by the prevailing rates from Singapore Post.

Speedpost by Singapore Post and courier service is available upon request. Additional charges apply. Please e-mail me if you require this and I will advise you of the charges prior to shipping.

In the event that the item is damaged as a result of shipping, I will handle your claim on a case by case basis. In this case, please e-mail me a picture of the damaged packaging as well as the damage on the item. Please take a picture before you open the parcel if you suspect that the parcel has been damaged in any way.
