Shipping Information
All jewelry is shipped in a gift box with a beautiful bow. We strive to ship your product within 3 business days of receiving your order.
I ship via USPS and jewelry is shipped 1st class with delivery confirmation. Plate stands are shipped parcel post due to their size with deliver confirmation.
If you would like your shipment insured and/or a rushed delivery, please contact me for prices at the time of your order.
Returns Policy
My personal goal is that every customer is completely happy with their purchase.
Except for custom orders, the item shown in the photos is the item you will receive. All items are one of a kind and will not be duplicated unless I have a custom order for duplicate items.
Fortunately I've never had an issue with shipments received damanged or customers receiving something that wasn't what they were expecting.
If for any reason you're not happy with your order please contact me WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt and we'll work it out. Returns are accepted in its original condition within 3 days of receipt and items must be returned in their original condition and package. Unfortunately shipping fees are not refundable. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR to return. We reserved the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned as mentioned.
