I am a retired family counselor who discovered glass and it has become my passion. I handcut sheets of glass into various shapes and sizes and layer these in 4-7 layers on a background glass. It is fired in a kiln to 1500 degrees, cooled slowly, and shaped and smoothed with a grinder. It is then fired again. It is a lengthy process, but the result is a beautiful one of a kind piece of wearable art.
I moved to AZ from IL several years ago with my husband and 2 Welsh Pembroke Corgis. My son and daughter-in-law and 2 perfect grandchildren live in AZ also.
