Shipping Information
All ACEOs and small artwork are shipped USPS first class mail. Larger items such as stuffed animals, are shipped USPS priority mail. If you would like an item shipped with UPS or FedEx just let me know. I can ship worldwide just e-mail me first for a rate quote.
Returns Policy
No refunds or exchanges. Insurance can be added to any item for an additional fee to insure against lost or damage during shipping. Please contact me if you would like to add insurance to your item. Insurance is covered by the shipping company not me, so if an item is damage you must file a claim with USPS.

Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: That depends on the item. Most custom orders take at least 1 week. Dragons and larger items can take up to 4 weeks or longer. If you need the item for a deadline such as a gift just let me know & I can get it done faster.
Q: What can you make customs of?
A: Just about anything! I can do custom needle felted animals from dogs, cats to dragons. I can also do custom artist bears and plush, custom ACEOs, painting and more. Just contact me for more. And be sure to take a look at my gallery http://enchantmentsart.deviantart.com/
Q: How long does shipping take.
A: Many factors coming in to play on shipping. It depends on where here you are , weather, holidays and so on. I normal ship on Mondays so if you order on a Thursday your item will be shipped on the following Monday. For more information on shipping times please see www.usps.com
Q: Can you do lay-away or take payments?
A: Yes! we can on custom orders $50 or above and on any one (1) item $50 or above. Lay-a-way can not be done on 5 $10 items sorry. If you plain to order something in larger numbers just let me know, and we can work something out.
Terms for custom orders is 50% down and the remaining 50% + shipping when the item is complete, or paid in full 3 months after down payment or once item is complete. In other words if the custom item take more than 3 months to complete than you can pay it off ahead of time if you wish too, but item must be paid in full no later than 3 months after the item is complete.
Lay-a-way terms: 50% down, remaining + shipping paid within 3 months of down payment. Monthly payments in the amount of your choice just as long as something is paid each month. Items will be shipped after they are paid in full.
Down payments are no refundable.
