All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been made. I am also happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases when applicable. I can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged on route if insurance is not purchased. I highly recommend purchasing insurance. Just let me kow if you want it.
Returns Policy
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please let me know! Clementiny works very hard to deliver excellent quality that you will love. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Let me know within 10 days after your purchase if you have any problems and I will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. The garment or item must be unwashed and unworn for an exchange. Please contact Clementiny before attempting a return. I want all my customers to be SUPER SATISFIED!!!
I try hard to make sure all items in my shop are very well made with high quality materials. If there ever is a problem, I am happy to work out the best solution for the situation. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
