All purchases are shipped via USPS. We realize that money does not grow on trees. To that end, Caringheart is offering FREE SHIPPING on all domestic and Canadian orders.

We make every effort to make sure that our creations are of the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that is defective, please email us and we will arrange for replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
