I adore wire wrapping - I never tire of creating wearable art using straight wire and a pair of pliers. It is not my hobby, it is My Passion, My Love, My Living........
Shipping Information
Tutorials are sent via e-mail, within 6 to 12 after receiving payment - In most cases much, much sooner. All finished pieces over $100.00 will be shipped USPS Priority Insured. All other pieces are shipped USPS 1ST Class (in some cases Priority to insure you receive your order in 2 to 3 business days) - if you wish to have insurance on pieces below $100.00 - please let me know before sending payment, and I can change to it to insured shipping. If I've listed your piece as insured shipping and you do not want to pay the extra - convo me before purchase and I can alter the listing - please note however, that if ANY package is lost I will help in locating it, but cannot be responsible for it except where insured....thank you for your understanding.
All orders totaling $100 or more are sent USPS Priority Insured.
Returns Policy
In most cases if you are dissatisfied with you purchase for any reason - we can work things out, minus shipping. You must contact me within 5 business days of receipt and before returning your item, to discuss any issues you might have. Tutorials however are NON-refundable (Being sent via e-mail, I have no way to know if a copy the tutorial is still in the purchasers possession - thank your for your understanding).
All that being said, I have never had anyone express dissatisfaction with my work - ever - and I continually strive to keep it that way. :))

I value your privacy as much as my own. I will never sell, forward, use or share your personal information in any way.
Custom orders must be paid for prior to completion. Allow 48 hours after payment for custom work to be completed. If your custom work needs more than 48 hours to be completed, I will discuss this with you in order to give you the option to cancel if you wish.
