Shipping Information
Banners and graphics will be emailed to the email address you use for paypal unless you have contacted me with another email address.
Premade banners will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Custom banners will be shipped to you once you are completely satisfied with your design. It is normally 24-48 hours. However, with time differences and changes it could take longer.
Printing products are shipped via UPS ground and shipped FREE to: Contiguous 48 states only.
We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska but there will be an additional shipping charge.
Returns Policy
Graphics are non refundable as once you have them I have no way of retrieving them.
Printing is only started once we receive your approval of the files. This guarantees that there will be no errors in printing your materials.
Other Policies
Paypal payment is required immediately after purchase of your banner unless you have contacted me ahead of time with a payment promise date.
Paypal e-checks take an additional week to clear before banner will be emailed. If you need your graphics/printing ASAP please do not pay with an E-check.
