Shipping Information
Shipping quotes are for regular USPS mail, however, I can ship your order via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, whichever you prefer. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number for your purchase. If ordering from outside the US, international shipping rates will apply. If you do not see your location listed as a "ship to" option, please send me a convo and I will be happy to get a shipping quote for you. If you would like expedited shipping, or would like to have your item shipped to a different address, I will gladly do so. Custom orders or made to order items will be shipped within 72 hours of completion. I do not offer local pickups, due to military base access restrictions.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important. Unfortunately, custom orders, and photo wall hangings can not be returned. All other items can be returned for a full refund, minus the shipping costs, within 30 days of receipt.
