Each CD is an hour or so long and is handmade for you by me. The first track is my voice and it guides you into hypnotic relaxation that prepares the listener for track two. Track two is a hypnotic deepener that takes you into a deeper state of hypnosis. Track three is a powerful hypnotic program that subconsciously guides you to achieve your goals. Track four awakens you and helps your subconscious retain the suggestions.

Shipping Information
I will ship the CD within three days. It usually takes one to two days to make the recording of your customized CD. I use First class mail through USPS and this takes 2-5 days for delivery depending on your location.
Returns Policy
If you purchase one of the customized CD's, I can not accept returns.
I will accept returns up to three months on the generalized hypnosis cd's if you are dissatisfied. However, hypnosis always causes change in peoples lives and I am confident you will not want to return them.
