Shipping Information
All items will be sent out within 2 business days (additional processing time will be needed if it is a custom made item) after payment is received. I will email you when the item is sent out.
Items are sent USPS First Class with insurance, unless another service is requested.
Returns Policy
More then anything, I would like you to be happy with your product!
If you have a problem with an item, let me know about it and I will work with you to resolve it!
The only time I will not accept returns is for a custom made item. This is because I will send you photos of the project in-progess while I work on it, so you can approve of it or ask for changes.
Other Policies
Custom projects usually take extra processing time - this can be 1 day (for things like buttons or greeting cards) to a week (for jewelry and other projects) so please keep this in mind when ordering!
I will send you photos each step of the way when building something custom for you! This way you can ask for changes or approve it as the perfect item for you!
All projects requiring photos can be sent to me via email (digital) or in the regular mail (physical) to cpmplete your items. If you want to send them to me physically, they will be digitally scanned, and the originals will be returned to you unharmed!
