Shipping Information
I use USPS First Class, Priority Shipping, or UPS ground. If you need expedited shipping, please let me know as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply.
I normally ship within 3 days of the order, but time will vary with custom orders.
PLEASE NOTE! I pack things with the intention of them getting to you as perfect as they were when they left my hands. If damage occurs WHEN IN TRANSIT, no refunds will be issued. If you are interested in purchasing shipping insurance, please let me know and additional charges will apply. If there is OBVIOUS damage done due to carelessness on my part (i.e. I just stuck some prints in an envelope with no mat board or support system and they are bent or ripped because of it, or there was a big rusty nail in with your package), please send me a message and we will work out the details.
As much as I am able, I try to recycle shipping materials (to decrease my impact on the Earth) while still using great care to get your items to you safely and securely. Your shipping cost includes what the postal service charges, along with packing material and handling expenses.
Returns Policy
You have 7 days from the original transaction to contact me with any returns or problems with what you purchased. I will not issue a refund until I receive the item back in it's original condition from how it was received. Time table will vary for overseas purchases.
Other Policies
Paypal only, please! If there is absolutely no way for you to pay by paypal, please contact me and I may (under special circumstances) allow you to pay by personal check or money order. If you pay by check or money order, it must clear through my bank account before I will ship your order. If you live outside the US it is strictly paypal only. I will allow a full 3 days from the purchasing transaction to receive payment. If I do not receive payment or any form of communication within that period of time, I will re-list the item and contact ShopHandmade. For custom orders, please contact me personally. I am always happy to open editions from existing bodies of work or do a commissioned piece. Thank you!
