Shipping Information
You may choose USPS first class mail/parcel post with delivery confirmation, or USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. I charge the actal postage rate plus $1 for packaging.
It is difficult to estimate shipping charges when listing items for sale. In the event that you over-pay for shipping, I do process partial refunds through paypal as long as I have a valid email address OR you can wait for a combined purchase invoice from me with a more accurate shipping charge listed.
I can not be held responsible for items damaged in transit. I package my products carefully. Insurance is available through the USPS, and is an additional charge. Insurance costs begin at $1.70 for up to $50 insurance,and includes the delivery confirmation fee ($0.65-$0.75).
Returns Policy
I accept returns within 30 days on all items for refund of the purchase price, less shipping, except if the item is defective (this rarely occurs, but alas, I am human). If the item is defective, you may choose to have a replacement sent at no cost to you, or have a full refund of your purchase price and shipping cost.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise, clearly listed being sold 'AS IS.'
Other Policies
Please note that ALL of my cane designs and beadwork are copyrighted. You may make items from them for resale, but you must also credit my work when you do. I have had too many 'artists' stealing my designs as their own, and I put too much hard work into everything I make to allow that to continue.
NYS Residents must pay sales tax, which will be added at checkout.
