Hello my name is Charlotte. I am a military wife and as such move around relatively frequently. When I moved from Orlando, FL, I got a job at Michaels Arts and Crafts. There I met an amazing friend who taught me so much, including the art of jewelry design. I soon took over the Jewelry Design Class at Michaels where I teach others this wonderful skill. I love designing jewelry so much I decided to share my passion and creativity so every woman may enjoy it. I use only top quality glass beads, crystals and stones. I only purchase my supplies from top name company, to ensure great quality and no harmful additives (i.e. excess lead that is found in many imported items from China). All of my pieces are hand crafted one of a kind. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to email me. I check my email very frequently and will get back to you in a day or two. I ship via usps 3 day parcel post, normally 2-3 days after receiving payment confirmation from PayPal. I personally mail each item and notify buyer when payment is received, when item is shipped and the tracking number of your purchase. All items are shipped with tracking at no extra cost. If payment or email response is not posted within 72 hours all orders will be cancelled.

Returns can be made if item arrives damaged in some way or is not as appears in advertisement. I will gladly fix any damaged merchandise or issue a complete refund upon return of item. Refunds are at the purchasing price and do not include shipping fees. If you choose to have the item fixed I will pay the shipping to have the fixed item re-mailed to you. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Please keep in mind paying with a check will cause a delay in the delivery of your item as I do wait for the check to clear before mailing your order.
