Wheel Thrown and Hand Built Apple from Hidden Valley Pottery
    Hidden Valley Pottery

Enjoy using this apple for your own decorating needs or it would make a wonderful gift for friends, relatives or your child's teacher.
Measurements are 4 1/2 inches high from the top of the stem to the bottom of the apple and 11 1/2 inches around.
The apple body was made on the wheel with a red stoneware clay and the leaves and stem were hand built with the same clay. I used a deep burgundy glaze for the body, green for the leaves and brown for the stem.

    About This Store

    Hidden Valley Pottery

Welcome to my shop! It has taken me quite a while to be able to put a lump of clay on the wheel and actually make something. Now I can make almost anything I want, which is great, because I love working with clay. I still continue taking classes to learn new techniques. I am beginning to think I just like taking classes. I hope you enjoy my work because I love making it.
