This shawl is crocheted with a butter yellow colored BAMBOO yarn. It's so incredibly soft, you won't believe it! Comfort shawls have many purposes. Traditionally, they are handmade shawls given to someone undergoing any type of change in their life such as an illness or grieving where a bit of comfort is needed. Use it to keep warm or purchase for a loved one to have and wear during a stay in the hospital. This prayer or comfort shawl is approximately 72 inches long including the fringe and approximately 18 inches wide. It weighs about 2 pounds. This double crochet design is one of my favorites. Other yarn materials are available.
