The original hoops may have looked much like these, simple and easy to live in. Many museums have similar items. These are for super-sensitive ears, even those which cannot tolerate silver, gold or platinum. This single would work as a nose ring or cartilage ring! --- I carefully handform these simple gunmetal hoops out of 22 gauge niobium wire and filed the ends. They are 1cm in diameter and have a tendril of niobium twisted around the hoop for a touch of pretty. --- 22 gauge (1cm) --- Sent 1st Class. Please expect slight variations do the handmade nature of the rings.
