Lady Bug Log Cabin Hand Embroidered and Beaded Pillow

This pillow is done in the Log Cabin style.Among the other blue fabrics there are two stripes of blue and polka dot material with lady bugs and daises.The center square is done in red material and I embroidered a lady bug in the center and added some daisy clusters.It is just plain sweet.Perfect for the little girls room,sun porch or anywhere you would like to add a little whimsy. On the reverse is a floral motif trimmed with a blue flat trim that is sewn down with sea blue beads,done on the angle.The ruffle is not actually a ruffle,but it is pleated fabric,done in two different types of blue floral fabric.On the front between the pleated edging and the main section of the pillow there is a vintage loop trim done in white.The entire pillow face is quilted by hand.It measures 14"x14" around the pleated trim and the face of the pillow measures 11"x11".Keep in mind that the camera does not show these vibrant colors the way they should be.
